We all saw James attack Angie and leave her probably paralyzed therefore, her recovery will be a major factor in the story in both ways with her health and her love relationship. As we can see the new character introduced in Will Trent season 2 her eyes are already set on Will.

Will will have a lot of time to figure out the real identity of his mother in Will Trent Season 2, and he already had the name of his mother and picture by the end of the season 1 finale.
